What we offer
Custom Core Fitness provides flexible scheduling and month to month contracts.
Group fitness Classes
Choose between 3x weekly sessions and unlimited sessions. Group fitness memberships are billed monthly.
Join out group classes for workouts that balance stretching, conditioning, and core. Classes at the beginning of the week target legs and lower body, mid-week classes focus on arms and upper body, and end of week classes focus on full body conditioning.
Varied workouts
Class times are scheduled to suit all schedules, starting from 6:30am through 6:30pm. Members have the option to join Saturday bootcamp classes free of charge.
Flexible hours
Members have the option to be a part of our accountability club, tracking their fitness progress through weekly checkins and accessing our meal planning guidance.

Personal Training
